Partner Policy

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for business partners of Wilford Technology who engage in selling our products and services to customers. By becoming a partner, you agree to abide by these terms to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship and to uphold the standards of Wilford Technology.

2. Partnership Standards

  • Professional Conduct: All partners are expected to conduct business in a manner that reflects the professionalism and integrity of Wilford Technology. Any activity that may harm the brand, reputation, or business interests of Wilford Technology will be grounds for immediate termination of partnership.
  • Compliance: Partners must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards while promoting or selling Wilford Technology products and services.
  • Confidentiality: Partners are required to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, pricing structures, customer data, and promotional strategies provided by Wilford Technology.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Wilford Technology provides partners with approved marketing materials and guidelines, which must be adhered to strictly. Unauthorized alterations or misleading claims are prohibited.

3. Sales and Renewals

3.1 Direct Sales, Renewals, and Customer Management

Wilford Technology reserves the right to manage and sell subscriptions directly to customers, including those initially referred by partners. If a customer of Wilford Technology opts for direct service, the partner will not have the right to renew or sell additional subscriptions to this customer. In such cases, Wilford Technology will manage the account directly, and the customer will receive priority support and service from Wilford Technology.

For customers acquired through a partner, Wilford Technology prioritizes renewal rights with the partner. Should the partner choose not to renew a customer’s subscription, Wilford Technology reserves the right to take over the customer account and manage it directly to ensure continued service and support.

3.2 Bulk Purchases and Discounts

Partners are eligible for discounts exclusively on bulk purchases. A bulk purchase is defined as the acquisition of multiple subscriptions at one time, meeting the minimum quantity requirement set by Wilford Technology for discounted pricing. Single subscription purchases do not qualify for any discounts.

3.3 Payment Terms

Each bill issued to partners carries a 15-day credit period. Payment for each bill is expected within 15 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within this period, Wilford Technology reserves the right to suspend services to all customers associated with the non-compliant partner without prior notice. Partners are encouraged to maintain timely payments to ensure uninterrupted service for their customers.

4. Liability and Termination

Wilford Technology may terminate the partnership at any time if the partner fails to adhere to these terms, engages in unethical practices, or damages the reputation of Wilford Technology. Additionally, any outstanding payments or unresolved issues may result in the immediate suspension of all partner services.
